We design bespoke solutions for your people, a bit like a personal plan at the gym, where every person has a plan that capitalises on the organisational CPS and their own CPS.

We focus on what you want to keep hold of, or as we like to call it your Core People Strength.
We know from years of experience that you go further faster by capitalising on what you already do well. Once we understand what makes the organisation tick, we work a bit like a designer and help you shape an organisation around your core people strength. We look at the entire people life cycle to ensure that every action/process/way of working helps reinforce your desired end state.

OUR PROCESS
Our COREPEOPLESTRENGTH programme uses a SIMPLE 5-STEP approach:
STEP 1
We use our CPS diagnostic and COACH a cross section of your people to IDENTIFY and understand your organisations core people strengths.

STEP 2
We PARTNER with your people team to review all of your current systems and processes to identify where they reinforce or detract from your Mission.
STEP 3
We don't believe in copying someone else's strategy. We know that every organisation is different - a bit like human beings! We use your diagnostic to DEVELOP your roadmap.
STEP 4
We work with you to CREATE tailored solutions. But we don't just parachute in to fix things, we work with you to make sure you can do this sustainably with your people.
STEP 5
We help you DELIVER what you say you will do. Strategies can fail because there is a disproportionate balance between talking and doing. We help you put as much energy into the doing as the talking.

BESPOKE
We don't just do the whole culture system thing though. We also offer bespoke interventions ranging from graduate development (graduate programmes), leadership and team development, executive coaching and change implementation toolkits.

KADISHA LEWIS-ROBERTS
Co-founder, Director
My corporate career has spanned 25 years with FTSE Top 100 Global Organisations. I started out as a specialist in L&D/Talent and OD and then moved into the generalist space with my last role being a Chief People Officer for 4000 employees. I have been lucky enough to live and work abroad, living in Switzerland and working across EMEA, which has given me a deep understanding of European culture, legislation and ways of working. In the last 10 years I have supported and led 3 global integrations in Europe which helped solidify my experience in being able to quickly take diverse and divergent organisational cultures and help them merge/integrate/morph/change.
My key skills include: organisational strategy diagnostic, development and implementation, large scale cultural transformation and change execution, capability building and leadership development, talent management and succession planning, process/system (SAP/Workday) implementation and project management, employee engagement, executive business partnering and team building, trade union and works council experience, European legislation and in country HR legal requirements, implementation of remuneration strategies.

My core strengths are: personal and professional self-leadership - delivering a powerful message about growth, purpose, effectiveness and success, Senior Executive Coaching, Design and delivery of Global Graduate Programmes. I also deal in more focused areas such as Imposter Syndrome, Self-Confidence, Professional and Personal Transition.

My audience ranges from graduate through executive / c-suite level and working with diverse global teams. My personal experience as an ex-pat, having lived in Switzerland for 6 years has given me depth of experience when designing, developing and delivering programmes for international organisations in person and online. I also create sophisticated, high-spec learning content for organisations for an international clientele.
I have 20+ years’ experience working in coaching, leadership and personal development and am a Chartered Member of the CIPD in the UK, a certified practitioner for MBTI and I’ve trained with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (part of the Dept of Psychiatry, University of Oxford) to teach Mindfulness.
I use proven psychological methods and practices, tailored in a distinctly meaningful, personal and human way to ensure that organisations and people become the best versions of themselves.
